What is The Jordan Factor?

The Jordan Factor can mean a lot of different things—depending on who you ask :)

When it comes to real estate, I may not be the oldest or most experienced agent in the Triad (yet), and I may not have the highest number of transactions—but what I do have is a unique ability to make things happen.

As a Greensboro native, I’ve found myself at the center of the action from day one. When you find something you genuinely love, it changes everything. That’s how I felt playing soccer at NC State—competing with some of the best players in the country, forming lifelong friendships, and giving it my all simply for the love of the game. In fact, The Jordan Factor started as a nickname during my time at NCSU. My senior year, they even wrote an article about it. It was never about being the best player—it was about maximizing every opportunity, showing up fully, and giving 110%, no matter your role.

Some Things Can Be Taught, and Some Can’t—Drive and Work Ethic Fall Into the Latter

“Whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. Whether you’re cleaning toilets or running a Fortune 500 company—it’s not what you do, but how you do it that matters. It’s about the impact you leave behind.”

During my freshman year, I took one shot—and scored one goal. Even though that is a pretty good stat I didn't want to stop there, it was just the beginning. If I wanted more playing time, and more opportunities to find the back of the net, it was going to take work. That moment defined my path not only at NCSU but also in my everyday life. It's the essence of The Jordan Factor: Hard work, persistence, and making the most of every chance.
